Two Even Teeth

At one of Cody's dentist appointments this month (4 in all, in Mankato), her dentist attempted to fix that front tooth, again. Here she is with two even teeth.

Fall Brings Leaves Which We Must Play In!

It was warm enough the 3rd weekend in October to rake up all of the leaves that fell from the trees. But, to rake, means to pile, and to pile means to play. The boys just couldn't help themselves!!!

Growing Kittens

Our kittens are growing up! We figure they are between 4-5 weeks old now (and still bottle fed at this time).

The first picture is Bear and Silver. Silver got sick and had to go to the vet last week. She is on antibiotics for what we think was aspiration pneumonia.

The second picture is Bear. He is one of the Hemingway Manx kittens and the most pleasant tempered of the bunch. He has 6 toes on all of his feet and a bobbed tail.

The third picture is Gimp. Yes, we could come up with a different name, but it endears her even more to us. She is a fighter. Gimp, as you may be able to see in the 4th picture, has 6 toes on 3 feet and a split to 7 on her fourth foot. She has limited use of her back legs, and her tail is only half bobbed. We figure as long as she eats and can get around, then she deserves a chance!!!

Blue Cody

Cody said she wanted to be BLUE for halloween.

So, she decided to try out what would make her BLUE.

We found her smoothing Food Coloring all over her face in an attempt to be BLUE.

It washed out (Thank Goodness!!!!!) with a shower or two.

But BLUE Cody had us laughing so hard we cried, and cried.

Baby Bottle or Kitten Bottle

The kittens finally took a bottle instead of a syringe, and the cutest part is they hold their bottle!
